In this crazy, busy world it can be hard to make time for self care. Not the kind that involves buying something. The kind that means taking time to nourish our souls with relaxing and fun new experiences. This kind of self care may be one of the most important things we do in our lives. Not just because it makes us healthier and happier, but because it gives us energy to take care of others and is a simple step towards making the world a better place.

With that in mind, why not set aside some time this week (or better yet, each day) to try something new?  Try Thai-inspired squirt gun fights, forest bathing, relaxing in a warm bath, or taking a walk on the beach (even if it’s just virtual).
